Course runs from 20.00hrs Friday night to approximately 12.00hrs on Sunday.

Weekend course for those interested in learning how to identify and procure food in the wild.

A chance to pick and try various foods not normally for sale in the supermarkets.

Not only will you learn about the edibility of certain plants but also about other historical uses such as medicinal, tools, dyes, etc..

For those who are a bit more adventurous, there will be a chance to sample various items of game (game in the loosest sense of the word), again not usually available in the shops.

A full weekend with lots of hands-on learning and evenings spent around a roaring camp fire. Magical!
